This bill would amend Article 3 of Chapter 11 of Title 16 of the O.C.G.A. to prohibit publication of information pertaining to minors (under age 18). It includes postal address, e-mail address or telephone number. “Publish” would mean dissemination to any person. It would prohibit publishing said information in print or electronically without written consent of the child’s parent or guardian. Educational activities, however, would be exempt.
